The faculty has selected, for the Summer Master Class, fragments from some of the most significant oratorios of the Baroque and Classical periods. The repertoire will include excerpts from Messiah by George Frideric Handel, as well as selections from The Creation and The Seasons by Joseph Haydn.
These works represent cornerstones of the sacred and secular oratorio tradition, offering participants the opportunity to engage with masterpieces that are both musically profound and historically significant.
