Frieder Bernius Master class

Frieder Bernius Conducting Master class, 23-26 October 2025

The world-renowned conductor of the Stuttgart Chamber Choir, Frieder Bernius,

will lead a masterclass for choral conductors in partnership with the “Ivan Spasov” Chamber Choir - Plovdiv.

Conditions for participation:

Six candidates are eligible to participate after a preliminary selection, without age limit.

Application documents:

Curiculum Vitae and a short bio (not to exceed 200 words).
Link to a YouTube video of two contrasting works, showing the applicant in rehearsal and/or performance in front of a choir or an ensemble.

Shortlisted active participants will be notified by 20 July to the email address they provided on the application form.

Fees

Active participants: 350 Euros
Listeners: 150 Euros
